Georgetown University   Language and Linguistics – Summer 1979 Arabic Tunisian Professor, moved to Kuwait thereafter attending the University of Kuawait for Arabic and subsequently worked at the American Embassy and then retained by Al-Sayassah Publishing to move to their Holland office.

American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird, Glendale, Arizona 1974.  Masters of International Management.

Southern Methodist University   Dallas, Texas    Masters of Business Administration. 1973

N.A.S.D. & S.E.C. – Licensed Agent ASSET Management, Inc.  Primarily raised equity capital for real estate projects developed by FRATES Enterprise, in 23 States.

Loyola University Chicago, Illinois Junior year abroad in Rome, Italy studying International Law 1969-1971 B.A. in Political Science.

EMPLOYMENT

River Oaks Development Corp. (1992 to Present) A 200 home golf course community zoned and master planned development along the northern banks of the Arkansas River. (Tulsa) in joint venture with North Carolina golf community developer/contractor.

Independent Justice Institute Established in 1999 as a non-profit due -process watchdog group challenging judicial and corporate fraud operating under color of law. Formed utilizing the Washington, D.C. firm of Webster, Chamberlain & Bean (Attn: Allen Dye). Formed as a "for profit" in 2002 in Washington D.C., as a litigation management organization for taxpayer and shareholder representation as well as for consulting of current family asset crisis. Currently seeking to establish an international office in the Hague and create a "storage area network" for international clients.

Wallace Investments - Wallace Real Estate Company  Established in 1986 by Stephen Wallace and his parents.  Operated, acquired and developed family owned commercial properties in Tulsa. Raised capital in excess of $100 Million.

World Trade Services, Inc. (1976-1979)  President of Export Management Company specializing in freight logistics, charter and expediting of heavy equipment worldwide.

Parker Drilling Company (1974-1976) Financial Planning and Control Analysis for all international drilling operations.  Extensive travel and interaction with all subsidiaries and their management.
